Delay in shipment was due to shop burn-in of first motherboard. It failed, so a second one was obtained and tested. It passed. I appreciate CPU Medic's integrity, first to test all products, then to tell me about it. As a result of the delay, the second one was shipped express at no additional cost to me. Much appreciated. I installed the new motherboard and it works perfectly. Also glad to see it was a Dell OEM motherboard, not an aftermarket product. Very satisfied overall.
